C3 Concrete was started as a dream for Owner, Curtis Stepien. His vision
was to branch into the newly popular stamped concrete business. Not only
does stamped concrete add to the beauty of any home and landscape it adds to
curb appeal.
Curtis has an extensive background in concrete and construction. He was
brought to the Central Virginia area 8 years ago when an opportunity opened
in Mineral, VA from the New York based company. They specialized in roadways
and runways. This construction background gave Curtis the knowledge to
branch out on his own.
Curtis and his family are proud to call Central Virginia their home.
They plan on staying beyond their old and gray years as the friendly
people of the community have made them feel at home.
